This trinomial neighborhood is a standout! Not only does it have 3 names, but is one of Pittsburgh’s steepest and actually spans the Allegheny River. Take a look here.

This neighborhood on the city’s NE edge has a long history. Originally part of Homewood, it was home to the Homewood Driving Park (known as Belmar Racetrack) and Pittsburgh’s first golf course, Belmar Golf Course, opened in 1899.
The area has a suburban feel and is lush with greenery, so you will feel far, far away from the bustle of the city.
